How do points work?
Members of our loyalty program will earn points for every dollar spent. Those points can then be redeemed in increments. For every 100 points (up to 500 per order), you can redeem $10 off your purchase.
What happens to my points when I return items?
The points you earned from returned items will be deducted from your account, and any points used when placing that order will be returned.
Can I combine my reward tier discount with other discounts?
Only one discount code can be applied at a time. However, you can use points in addition to a discount code on each order.
Can I combine points from multiple accounts into a single account?
Unfortunately, we are unable to combine accounts. We suggest picking one email address to use at checkout moving forward so you can begin to earn and use your points!
When will I receive my points after making a purchase?
Points are awarded immediately after making a purchase.

How do I redeem my rewards?
To redeem your points, make sure you are logged into your Dagne Dover account. Once you have selected the items you wish to purchase, you will see a drop-down menu at checkout that allows you to select the number of points you want to redeem with you
Where can I see my points, rewards, and tier information?
To view this information, please log in to your account and go to the "My Rewards" tab.
Will my past purchases count towards my Dagne Rewards?
Your tier status when you register is based on your previous 12 months of spending.
Do rewards expire?
No, they don’t expire.
How is my tier status determined?

How long does it take for my tier status to update?
It takes 24 hours for your new status to be reflected in your account when moving between tiers.
