If you aren’t seeing the redemption menu at checkout, check to see if you are using Shop Pay. Unfortunately, the drop-down menu doesn’t appear when Shop Pay is used. If you’d still like to redeem your points, scroll to the bottom of the page and click “check out as a guest” to return to the standard Dagne Dover check out and continue the process.
