Why does my tracking number still say "label created"?Updated 16 days ago

If your order has a tracking number that’s showing “pre-shipment” or “label created,” don’t worry, this is totally normal! It means your order has already left our warehouse and is on its way. At times, carriers experience scanning delays, so you might not see updates right away even while your package is moving through their network.

Because these scans are handled entirely by the carrier, our team isn’t able to provide additional updates beyond what you see on your tracking page. If your tracking hasn’t updated in more than 5 business days, please reach out to us at [email protected] and our team will be happy to assist you.
