If you purchased Carbon Offset + Shipping Protection and your package was lost, stolen, or damaged, you can initiate a claim here. All you need is your order number and the email address used at the time of purchase.

If you chose to opt out of Shipping Protection, you can reach out to us at [email protected], and we will initiate a claim with the shipping carrier. In the event that the carrier claim is not approved, Dagne Dover will not be able to refund or replace the order.
