To initiate a return or exchange, please log into your account to submit a request. If you have not set up an account, you can click here to complete the request form. You will need your order number and either the shipping zip code, phone number, or email address used at checkout. If you are unable to locate your order number, it can be found in your order confirmation email. Please note that discounts and promotions cannot be applied to exchange orders.
We accept returns on unused products within 30 days of delivery. If something went wrong upon arrival or during initial use, please reach out to us at [email protected].
All U.S. returns are subject to a $10 handling fee, and all international returns are subject to a $15 handling fee. If you are returning items from multiple orders, they must be shipped separately. Exchanges are not offered for international orders. Returns or exchanges are not accepted on final sale items.
Any return made on an order with a total value of $1,000 or more will be processed upon receipt and inspection at our return facility, rather than at the time the return is shipped or delivered.
