Are Dagne Dover bags water-resistant?
Our coated canvas, nylon, 900D poly and neoprene products are water-resistant (not 100% waterproof) and super easy to clean. We recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to rain or water with any of our products.
Do you offer repairs?
We don’t offer repairs, but if you’re having an issue with your product, please send an email with your order number and photos of the issue to [email protected], and we’ll see what we can do to help!
Neoprene

We recommend spot-cleaning vegan leather as needed with mild soap, warm water, and a clean soft white cloth. Avoid harsh solvents such as alcohol, acetone, and oil, which could harm the bag.
Coated Canvas
Coated canvas is a synthetic material and can withstand a lot, but it’s still good to follow this care guide. Don’t overexpose your bag to light, heat, or water. That doesn’t mean don’t take it outside. It means use your best judgement. You need two
